We are accepting donations for the North Texas Jeep Club Donation Drop & Convoy this weekend to assist in Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. If you have any items to spare or would like to get any donations to those in need, we will be collecting these donations at Crossfit Allen for pickup by 7 pm this Friday, September 1st.

These are the items in need:
Blankets
Baby Formula
Diapers
Wet wipes
Batteries
Flashlights
Instant coffee
Coffee creamer
Socks/underwear (all sizes)
**Insect repellant**
Cleaning supplies
Buckets
Contractor bags
Gloves (latex and work/leather)
Hand sanitizer
Canned foods (pop-top is great)
Other non-perishable foods
Toilet paper
Toothbrushes
Toothpaste
Mouthwash
Deodorant

We will have a box setup at the gym for donations please drop off any donations during regular class times. Thank you!

Push Jerk: 12 minutes to work up to heavy double, technique is priority

Conditioning
AMRAP of Power Snatch in 15 minutes (115/75);
Every 3 min, starting at 0 perform:
8 Strict Pullups
10 V-Ups

Extra

Back Squat: 80/2*6 sets

Bootcamp

Strength
6 Sets Alternating:
Push Press: 3 reps building throughout
12 Walking Lunges (Weighted as able with DB or KB)

Conditioning
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
10 Ring Rows
10 V-Ups
15 KB Swings
