Dead hang from Pull up bar :30 on :15 off for 3 rounds
Couch Stretch 2 min /side
T-Spine w/ Foam Roller 2min

Conditioning
AMRAP in 30 minutes:
400M Run
25 Abmat Situps
400M Run
25 Pushups
R+: GHD Situps to parallel & Ring Dips (check with your coach)
**Just keep moving! Looking for a steady pace that you can hold for non-stop movement

Cool Down
5 min to cool down and stretch
