Mobility
Squat Stretch
Calf Stretch
Child Pose 1min L/C/R
Elevated QL Smash 1-2min e/side
Seated Hamstring LX Ball Smash 1-2min e/side

Conditioning
Bring running shoes, knee sleeves, gymnastics grips, and weightlifting shoes we may or may not use all of these items and come prepared to work!!
