In Teams of Two, One Partner Working at a Time, 20 minute AMRAP of:
24 Wallballs
20 Push-ups
24 Abmat Situps
**Split Reps as Desired

Strength
EMOM X 8 MIN:
2 Back Squat @ 70-80%

EXTRA
Power Clean + Power Jerk: 4 sets of 3+1 @ 65%-75%, rest 90 sec

Skill Work: 10 minutes to work on Skills for the Open i.e. HSPU, DU’s, MU, Pull ups…
