Relax, stretch, and prepare yourself for 18.2 at our Thursday night Yoga class! Even if you are not participating in Friday Night Lights its a great class to improve mobility, recover from this weeks workouts, and relieve a little stress from the week. Class starts at 7:00pm.

Conditioning
EMOM for 5 Rounds:
1) 8 Walking Overhead Lunges (65/45)
2) 8 Box Jumps (step down)
3) 8/6 Cal on Bike
4) Athletes Choice Skill Work
