Athletes Choice – Soft Tissue Mobilization w/ LX Ball – 2 minutes

Conditioning
For 6 Minutes:
30sec/30sec Intervals on Rower for Total Cal
–Rest 3 minutes–
For 6 Minutes AMRAP:
3 Pull ups
5 Pushups
9 Air Squats
–Rest 3 minutes–
For 3 Minutes:
30sec/30sec Intervals of Weighted Plank Hold

*row for 30 sec, rest at complete stop for 30 sec for 6 rounds.
