Low back/hamstring stretch on wall – 2 min

Conditioning
EMOM x 5:
1: 10 Weighted Step ups
2: 12/10 HR Pushups
3: 20 Abmat Situps
4: 10 Ring Rows

Cool Down
2 Rounds:
Lunge and Twist x 6
Spiderman w/twist x 6
Accumulate 30 sec dead hang from Pull-up bar
