100 Synchronized Medball Squats
800m Farmer’s Carry (50’s/35’s) + Bear Hug Plate Carry (45/25)
40 Man Makers
*Row – Alternate every 250m, one partner rowing while other partners holding medball overhead
* Synchronized Medball Squats w/ Medball on Shoulder – 5 Burpee penalty if ball is dropped
*One Set of DB’s per Team, Break up Farmers Carry as Desired – One Plate per team – 20 MTN Climbers every break
*Break up Man Makers as desired, one partner is working while others are holding a plank.
**Man Makers will be done at the Park – After 40 are complete, Team must run back to gym for completion.
