Extra

BS: Work up to 85% of 3RM and complete 6 sets of 3 there every 2 min

Gymnastics test – 4 min. for max reps:
1 MU + 2 alt. pistols + 1 strict HSPU
*scaled: 3 t2b + 2 alt. pistols + 3 kipping HSPU
