Yoga Saturday 11:30am after the WOD!!


In teams of 3, for time:
200 Wallballs (20/14)
1 Mile Run (Run Together – scale as needed)
200 Cal Row


Before WOD
Clean Pull to knee + Clean (from ground) + Jerk: Build to heavy single
then, For Time:
30 Front Squats (from ground) @ 50% of today’s best CJ

strict weighted pullups: 5 sets of 3
*stay hollow

5 sets of 3 Pullups + 3 C2B + 3 TTB + 3 Bar MU
*stay consistent with kip for all motions
**scale reps as needed to do entire set without stopping

After WOD
30 strict TTB w/ deadstop pause feet on bar each rep
