Lat Smash – 1 min e/side

Strength & Conditioning
EMOM for 6 Rounds:
20 seconds Max Mountain Climbers (1L+1R=1) or 20 sec Max Cal bike
6 e/side Single Arm KB Windmills
6 Seated Box Jumps (any height, focus on jumping as high as possible regardless of box height)
6 Evil Wheels, scale with hand walkout from knees
