16 C2B Pull-ups | R+ 8 Bar MU
20/17 Cal Row
30 Abmat Sit-ups
*Split reps as desired

EXTRA

3 sets of 4: Jerk grip OHS as warmup  

7 min. Clock to find max Thruster from the ground  *start with empty bar*Rest 2 min. 

Then 1 set of max rep trhusters  60% of todays max thruster – No resting in front rack 

4 sets  -10 alt. KB front rack box step ups  -50ft KB carry e/arm
