In Teams of two, 5 rounds each for time:
6 Burpee box overs (24/20)
9 Power Cleans (95/65)|(135/95)
12 Chest to Bar Pullups|5 Bar Muscle ups
*Alternate complete rounds

Extra

Accumulate 3 min. in HS hold facing away form wall

5 supersets:
8 single arm DB row/arm
8 parellette pushups

6 sets of 3  -strict HSPU facing wall

10 min EMOM – 20 sec. Max kipping HSPU  *open standard
