Conditioning
For time (20 min cap),
25-20-15 reps of:
Power Snatch (75/55)
Toes-to-Bar
Burpees

EXTRA

Back Squat: Build to heavy set of 5,
then complete AMRAP in 2 min at 80% of best set of 5.
