EMOM – 5 Toe to Bar (Start on T2B)
Please do not drop 10’s or 15’s from the top and keep collars tight

Strength

4 Sets:

6-8 Srtict Pull ups (as difficult as possible – add weight as needed)

12 Weighted Step ups building – DB (20/16) Keep weight realtively light, focus on core
