Front Squat + Back Squat (Stamina Squats, WK 3 – EMOM )

Alternating “On the Minute” x 10 (5 Rounds)

Odd Minutes – 3 Front Squats

Even Minutes – 6 Back Squats

Barbell – 70% of 1 Rep Front Squat (last wk was 65%)

Conditioning

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds:

1 Minute AbMat Sit-ups

1 Minute Cal Row

1 Minute Air Squats

1 Minute Rest
