Run Together – On “Beep Test” One rest, one complete full round, switch

Scale – 2000 M Row if can’t run, 800 M Run, Ring rows

Extra

9 Sets, every 90 secs, starting with an empty bar, build to a heavy:

Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
