30 Overhead Squats (115/75 | R+ 135/95)

800 Meter Run

30 Overhead Squats (115/75 | R+ 135/95)

400 Meter Run

50 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Run together – scale weight on Overhead, if unable to Overhead – Front Squat. Scale with reg pull-ups, strict or a hard band.
