Every 3 Minutes for 5 Rounds:

30|R+40 Double Unders

20 Reverse Lunges|R+25 FT HS Walk

10 V-Ups|R+2 Rope Climbs
*Score is slowest round of the 5

*Sub 45 Singles or :30 of Practice

Extra

Lats Foam Roll:

1-2 Minutes Each Side

Glutes Foam Roll:

1-2 Minutes Each Side

Quads Foam Roll:

1-2 Minutes Each Side
