This Summer at CrossFit Allen we will be kicking off our very first Youth Summer Program! Starting Monday June 18th and running from Month-to-Month until August 16th.
We will be accepting kids from ages 4-14. Each class will be no longer than 45 minutes and will occur twice a week. Two Coaches will be on site for each class to assist with the class size and to ensure proper instruction for each group. Classes will be on Monday mornings at 10:00am and on Thursday afternoons at 3:00pm.
The Youth Program will help teach body awareness, proper movement, balance and coordination, accuracy, and will help balance your child’s physical abilities. This program will also provide a fun atmosphere to help create a healthy relationship between your child and fitness and exercise. This is a great way to keep your child active throughout the summer months and to help burn off some of that summer energy!!
We will have two Membership options:
Full Membership – $70 for the month and includes 8 classes
Half Membership – $50 for 4 classes
