On-Ramp to CrossFit Program

Intro To CrossFit is the BEST way to get started at CrossFit Allen if you are new to CrossFit or CrossFit style group training.

Five, 1-on-1 sessions custom tailored towards your level to get you ready for CrossFit.

Each session will be no longer than 45-minutes and will be led by a CF-L1 trainer. The program will introduce:

  • Foundational Movements most Utilized in CrossFit Class
  • Specific terms and acronyms commonly associated with CrossFit
  • Modifications, scale-ability based on ability, coaching cues, and techniques to prepare you for a successful workout
  • Importance of stretching, mobilization, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help prevent injuries
  • Ideal nutritional goals and our exclusive Nutrition for Life program
  • Our fun, exciting and always supportive, CrossFit Allen community
