Weightlifting Technique Cycle
Adult Olympic Weightlifting Technique Cycles (Ages 15+)

These classes are for all levels, and open to everyone but is the same level of training that has developed multiple National level weightlifters and National Record breaking lifts. We focus on proper movement and technique in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, increasing safety, strength, efficiency, and enjoyment! The cycle lasts 6 weeks and is guaranteed to improve your lifts.
Each session will be one hour long and will go over specific warm-up and stretches for the days scheduled movements. The first session will be used to introduce and evaluate certain positions required to execute the drills and lifts in their entirety. With proper evaluation and drills provided to each athlete the session will progress to the foundational movements of the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, respectively. After stretch and warm up there will be a short review to go over information covered in the previous class and then a new topic/movement will be introduced for that day.
Cycle Begins January 25th and will finish March 3rd
Thursdays – 6:00pm
Saturdays – 8:00am
